2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Please note that advance booking is necessary when using this gift voucher. Please call the hotel on 01323 725174 to make your booking, quoting the voucher code. 
• Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to a member of the team on arrival in printed form. 
  
• Gift vouchers are valid for the experiences stated and can only be redeemed once. 
  
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or cash alternative. 
  
• Voucher redemption is subject to availability and excludes Easter, Mothering Sunday, Eastbourne tennis week, Airbourne event and 1st December to 1st January. 
  
• Vouchers should be kept secure as lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
• All vouchers can only be redeemed in a single visit. Part redemption is not possible and no change will be giving for any monetary value not used.
